Council Meetings

The North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities (NCCDD) Council meets quarterly. At each meeting, there is time for the public to speak on the last day at 10:00 a.m. If you want to attend and speak at the meeting, send an email to Philip Woodward at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

NCCDD also holds a Policy Education Meeting on the second Thursday of each month to educate and inform about current public policy. NCCDD does not lobby on specific legislation.
